His journey in the real estate industry began in 1974 when he earned his real estate agent license. Brewster’s dedication and commitment to the field were further solidified in 1992 when he achieved his broker’s license, marking a pivotal milestone in his illustrious career.
A native of New Orleans, Brewster has been deeply involved in the local real estate market, where his extensive knowledge and strategic insights have made him a respected leader in the industry. His passion for real estate extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he is also an avid investor with a keen eye for promising opportunities.
Outside of real estate, Brewster leads a vibrant life filled with diverse interests. He is an enthusiastic sailor, finding relaxation and adventure on the water. In 2005, Shane furthered his credentials by obtaining his broker’s license and currently serves as an associate broker at Dealty Realty. Residing in Waveland with his wife, Amy, Shane embraces the beach life and enjoys boating. In 2023, they expanded their entrepreneurial ventures by opening a beachside restaurant in Bay St. Louis, which quickly became a local hotspot for both residents and tourists alike.
Now, Shane is actively scouting for the next significant investment opportunity, leveraging his extensive real estate knowledge and strategic insights to benefit his clients and fellow investors.
Kathryn Stalter

A native of New Orleans, Kathryn has always felt a deep connection to the vibrant city, returning multiple times despite leaving. Her interests span fitness, outdoor activities, spending time with her dog, cooking, and enjoying moments with friends and family.
She earned her degree in Marketing and Small Business Management from Tulane University in 2007. Starting her career in 2011 in financial planning, she acquired licenses in life, annuities, and health insurance. Between 2011 and 2021, she explored various facets of real estate before obtaining her real estate license in 2021, driven by a lifelong passion for property development and investment.
Real estate is a family affair for Kathryn, with her grandfather, brother, and father all deeply involved in the industry. She specializes in identifying distressed properties that can be transformed into lucrative investments, alongside building and managing investors’ portfolios. Kathryn thrives in the fast-paced environment of real estate transactions, relishing the negotiation and deal-making processes.
Her expertise extends to new construction and the developmental aspects of real estate. Kathryn finds equal enjoyment in revitalizing lower-cost properties and handling high-end real estate transactions, embracing the diversity and challenges each project presents.
